SECTION 1: LETTER OF INVITATION The International Organization for Migration (IOM) hereby invites prospective bidders to submit their offers in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and specifications as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Based on the results of this competitive solicitation exercise, IOM intends to enter into Long Term Agreement (LTA) with the successful bidder for the provision of Medical Supplies and Medicines for IOM HQ Geneva as outlined in the Terms of Reference attached. The expected duration of the LTA shall be three (3) years with the possibility of extension for up to two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each (3+1+1) subject to the Supplier’s satisfactory performance, IOM"s requirements and competitiveness of prices.
