Call for External Collaborator "Consultancy to conduct the Final Evaluation of the Promoting the Advancement of Vulnerable Persons and Enterprises (PAVE) Project". (Албания - Тендер #65839535)

Description

The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. The scope of the final evaluation is to cover all the ILO and implementing partners’ interventions from the beginning of the Project to date. The evaluation will integrate ILO’s cross-cutting issues, including norms and social dialogue, gender equality, disability inclusion, other non-discrimination concerns, and the medium- and long-term effects of capacity development issues throughout the evaluation methodology and all deliverables, including the final report. Furthermore, the evaluation will give specific attention to how the intervention is relevant to the ILO’s programme and policy frameworks at the national and global levels, and UNSDCF and national sustainable development strategy (or its equivalent) or other relevant national development frameworks, including any relevant sectoral policies or programmes. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
