Terms of Reference for External Collaborator Developing a Union Position Paper on Climate Change (Албания - Тендер #61824271)

The primary objective of this position paper is to articulate the perspective of trade unions on climate change policies within the framework of the ILO. Specifically, it aims to:

• Advocate for ILO Just Transition guidelines that protect workers rights and promote green jobs and green enterprises in times of a just transition.
• Influence ILO as well as PIF discussions and policies on climate action.
• Ensure active union engagement in the NDCs that climate policies and strategies are aligned with decent work and social justice.
• Build networks with climate change actors and launch joint climate actions at national and subregional levels.
• Contribute to SDG13 and P&B 2.2.2 (social dialogue).
