Air Charter flight Services in Somaliland Long-Term Agreement (LTA) Basis for Two (2) Years (Албания - Тендер #61824270)

The International Organization for Migration in Mogadishu, Somalia, invites qualified and potential Service Providers to provide an offer for Air Charter flights Services in Somaliland (referred to hereinafter as Services) under the terms and condition contained herein.

As per the mandate and specialized support of each agency, IOM and UNHCR will continue to return Somalis voluntarily return home under the Assisted Spontaneous Return (ASR) arrangement from other countries. IOM will engage in this program to conduct vulnerability assessments and provide post-arrival assistance in the form of ground transportation assistance, go-home letters of the returnees, and air charter flight from Hargeisa to Mogadishu to returnees arriving through the Port of Entry (PoE) in Berbera, Somaliland.
