Technical Studies for damaged buildings and open spaces in any of the cities of Sana’a, Shibam, Zabid, Aden (Yemen) (Албания - Тендер #37855841)

United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit tenders by email as follows:

To produce technical studies for damaged private buildings and open spaces in four cities: Sanaa, Shibam, Zabid and Aden. The bidder is expected to deliver a proposal for the realization of technical studies for 100 private houses and 2 public open spaces in one of the targeted cities. Technical studies aim at providing information which includes a clear and detailed description, measurement and localization of damages in the selected open spaces and private houses, through architectural drawings (e.g., floor plans, sections and elevations, determining the locations of the damages in the external elevations, internal partitions, ceilings, roofs, and foundations), indicating interventions required for the rehabilitation of the site, including materials, equipment and workforce and estimating their cost (BoQs) and clarifying the method of treatment for each item with preparation of needed drawings.

Only registered companies with valid working permit and up-to-date documentation, able to access and operate in the city(ies) subject of the proposal and available internet connection may submit applications.
