• The Government of Uzbekistan has received a loan from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the project “District Heating Energy Efficiency Project” and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Modernization of in-building and in-apartment heat supply systems in Andijan.
• Project Implementation Unit of WB, on behalf of State Unitary Enterprise "Engineering company for heat supply facilities" under the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Employer), now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Installation of 27 individual heating units with heat meters and laying of supply networks in Andijan”. The Contract is implemented on the territory of Andijan City of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This Contract includes Installation of 27 individual heating units with heat meters and laying of supply networks in Andijan in accordance with the Works Requirements.
• Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement as specified in the World Bank’s “Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works, and Non-Consulting Services by World Bank Borrowers on IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants”, January 2011, (hereafter “Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. See also paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 for World Bank policy on conflicts of interest.

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 16:00 Tashkent time, 25 March 2026.
• Bids shall be valid for 90 days after bid opening and shall be accompanied by Bid Security in form of a Bid Securing Declaration.
