Project Title: Clean Energy for Buildings in Uzbekistan (CEBU)

The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing in the amount of USD 143.0 million from the World Bank, through the International Development Association (IDA), for the implementation of the Clean Energy for Buildings in Uzbekistan (CEBU) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to finance contracts for the provision of consulting and engineering services.

The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016, as amended from time to time). Eligible bidders from eligible countries are invited to participate.

The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) for the Clean Energy for Buildings in Uzbekistan Project hereby invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit quotations for the provision of the following services:

Technical and Instrumental Inspection of Structural Elements of Buildings under the following package CEBU/RFQ/06.

The scope and requirements of the services are described in detail in the Terms of Reference (TOR).

Interested eligible bidders may obtain additional information and review the RFQ documentation during working hours from 09:00 to 17:00.

The full set of RFQ documents may be obtained upon request and can be provided electronically.

Quotations may be submitted in hard copy or in electronic form, duly signed and stamped.

Deadline for submission of quotations:
6 February 2026, by 18:00 (Tashkent time).
Late submissions will not be considered.

Language of quotations: Russian or English.
