Provision of Event Management Services for LEG Coordination Meeting II

RE: Provision of Event Management Services for the Local Education Group (LEG) Coordination Meeting II

1. The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) administered by the World Bank toward the cost of the Uzbekistan Education System Capacity Building Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Quotation is issued.

2. The Ministry of Preschool and School Education (MoPSE), responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of the Project, hereby invites you to submit your price quotation for the Provision of event management services in accordance with the Terms of Reference provided in Annex 1. 3. Quotations will be evaluated and contract awarded to the firm offering the lowest evaluated quote that meets all requirements of the Terms of Reference provided in Annex 1.

6. The Price quotation should be accompanied by the detailed description of proposed services and cost breakdown.

7. The deadline for receipt of your quotation at the address specified in para 5 above is

August 12, 2025, not later than 16:00 by Tashkent time.

8. Quotations received by email before or on the deadline are acceptable. All documents have to be provided in Russian or English.

9. Validity of the offer: Your quotation should be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt for quotation(s) as indicated in Paragraph 7 of this Invitation to Quote.
