1. The Government of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agriculture Modernization Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract for Procurement of specialized machinery for Scientific – Research Institute for Horticulture, Viticulture and Winemaking named after academician M. Mirzaev.

2. The International Strategic Center for Agri-Food Development under the Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply specialized machinery.

3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the International Strategic Center for Agri-Food Development under the Ministry of Agriculture at the address below during office hours 09:00 to 17:00 Tashkent time.

5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by e-mail.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.05.2025, 16:00 Tashkent time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
