REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Procurement of Non-Consulting Services for

Providing translation and editing support for international student assessment and learning material

1. The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank to cover expenses for the "Promoting Early Childhood Development" Project, and it is intended that part of these funds will be used for the relevant payments under the contract for which this request for quotation is issued.

2. The Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is responsible for the management and coordination of the "Promoting Early Childhood Development" Project, invites you, in accordance with the World Bank procurement guidelines, to submit your price quotation for "Providing translation and editing support for international student assessment and learning materials" as per the Terms of Reference provided in Annex 1 (available at the following link:

3. Proposals will be evaluated, and the contract will be awarded to the firm offering the lowest evaluated price that meets the requirements of the Terms of Reference.

4. The draft contract is provided for information purposes in Annex 2 (available at the following link:

5. Your quotation, in a sealed envelope, should be addressed and sent to:

7. The deadline for submitting quotations to the address specified in point 5 above is August 8, 2024, no later than 18:00 Tashkent time, after which all received quotations will be publicly opened and evaluated.

8. Quotation Validity: Your quotation must be valid for 30 days from the date of receipt of the quotation as specified in point 7 of this Request for Quotation.
