1. The Government of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agriculture Modernization Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract for AMP/C3/RFB/28- Procurement of equipment for Agrologistical Center in Bulungur district in Samarkand region

2. The Ministry of Agriculture/International Center for Strategic Development and Research in the Field of Food and Agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply of:

Lot 1: Automatic production line for processing cherries and plums, with a capacity of 4 tons per hour

Lot 2: Plum and cherry freezing production line

Lot 3: Freezing units

Lot 4: Automatic line for sizing, washing, polishing and packing vegetables.

Lot 5: Specialized vehicles.

You may bid for one or any number of lots under this invitation. Each lot shall be evaluated separately, and contract shall be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest evaluated bid for each lot, and fulfilling the aggregate qualification criteria for the number of lots applied for.

3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Regulations: Procurement in investment project financing. Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services. July 2016. («Procurement Regulations»), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Alisher Shukurov, Director of the International Center for Strategic Development and Research in the Field of Food and Agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 09:00 to 17:00 local time at the address given below.

5. The full package of bidding document soft copy in English (and unofficial Russian translation) may be received by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the email: amcp@rra.uz

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15:00 Tashkent time March 28th, 2023. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid-Securing Declaration”.
