The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Office of Small Business Programs is conducting strategic market research aimed at identifying small businesses that can meet specific problem statements as listed in attachment (1).

ABOUT NAVSEA: The Naval Sea Systems Command is comprised of command staff, headquarters directorates, affiliated Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and numerous field activities. Together, we engineer, build, buy and maintain ships, submarines and combat systems that meet the Fleets current and future operational requirements.

ELIGIBILITY: This announcement is targeted to small businesses as described in the Small Business Administration (SBA) Table of Size Standards for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code(s). SUBMISSIONS: We invite small businesses to submit a one-page submission per problem statement, detailing how their capabilities align with the problem statement. Companies may respond to more than one problem statement from the list but clearly indicate which problem statement you are addressing. Companies may be requested to brief the problem statement owner(s) on their solutions.

Submission should include:

1. A brief overview of your company with POC information (email address and phone number)
2. UEI, Socio-Economic Categories (i.e. SB, SDB, 8(a), ANC/NHO, HubZone, WOSB, SDVOSB/VOSB)
3. Specifics on how your offerings align with the selected opportunity
