The Audie L. Murphy Memorial (ALMM) VA Hospital currently has a requirement for a project to modernize passenger and service elevators: Passenger Elevators P1, P2, P3 & P4 and Service Elevators S5, S6 & S10. The contractor shall replace proprietary and/or obsolete components of motors, controllers, printed circuit boards (PCB) and not limited to solely electronic parts but also hydraulic and mechanical parts. Additionally, Fire Safety System components within the Elevator System shall be integrated and compatible with Fireworks and/or EST-3X/4. All new components installed must be non-proprietary and must work with existing remaining equipment. The contractor shall provide all necessary services required for all parts being repaired, replaced, upgraded and modernized. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45M. The magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
