This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart FAR 13.105 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions, and hereby constitutes a synopsis of the subject contract action. The 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) / Theater Contracting Center (TCC) previously established multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for armed and unarmed security guard services (SGS) pursuant to FAR 13.303. This is a notice of intent to award a Call Order pursuant to FAR 13.303-5 to one of the established SGS BPA holders. This contract action is being procured under NAICS 561612 – Security Guards and Patrol Services.

Description of Contract Action:

The 409th CSB/TCC intends to award a single BPA Call Order for armed and unarmed security guard services for Area Support Group (ASG) Balkans to be performed at Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo to an established BPA holder. The period of performance for this requirement is expected to be from 30 APR 2025 – 29 DEC 2026, consisting of a 2-month phase-in period, a 10-month base year, and one 6-month option period.

Camp Bondsteel requires armed 24-hour security services, 7 days per week, 365 days per year to include weekends and holidays. The Contractor shall provide access control, perimeter or cordon security, roving security patrols, security checks of sensitive areas, and other security related functions associated with the protection of U.S Government personnel, installation, materials, and property. Most guards (~85%) and all supervisors will be armed, and all armed guards must be U.S. Citizens.
