Q1.What is the length and thickness of the cables?
A1. The length and size of the cables will match the two panels that will be connected to the generator MDB.
a) Supply a distribution panel for 220V power: 160-200A adjustable trip main breaker rating and 36 branch circuits composed of 3x16A 2P, 3x20A 2P, 3x32A 2P, and 6x32A 3P. (Location is near the guard tower approximately 45 m. minimum cable size is 5x120mm2 Cu/PVC/XLPE.)
b) Supply a Distribution Panel for 220V Power: 80-125A adjustable trip main breaker rating and 24 branch circuits composed of x16A 2P, 3x20A 2P, 3x32A 2P, and 2x32A 3P. (Location is near the corner of the flagpole area approximately 95 m. minimum cable size is 5x70mm2 Cu/PVC/XLPE.)
Q2. Diesel tank should be fabricated on the site with concrete, or it should be aluminum, high carbon steel or black iron, fiber glass, plastic, and stainless steel.
A2. The diesel tank shall be UL listed as specified in the SOW, double-walled with a capacity of 750L.
Q3. Additional fuel pump should be required for the diesel tank?
A3. No required fuel pump. The system will be free flowing supply from the tank to the genset.

Q4. Bobcat or any heavy equipment required any certificates for this inquiry.
A4. The equipment should be certified, and the operator should be trained with a certificate or a license to operate.
Q5. Ready mix concrete mixer and concrete pump can easily access the site if required?
A5. We can arrange for the access.
Q6. How many inlet outlets required in the diesel tank?
A6. a) one (1) refill inlet with camlocks routed towards the perimeter fence; b) one (1) supply outlet routed to the generator set; (c) one (1) drain outlet; d) Note: standard diesel day tank for generators is pre-installed with the abovementioned inlets and outlets.
