THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE – THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO NEXTECH LINTECH, LLC TO PROVIDE DATA CENTER AND CLOUD ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE DOD OIG MISSION
The Department of Defense (DOD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A) “An urgent and compelling need exists, and following the procedures would result in unacceptable delays.”
WHS/AD intends to issue a follow-on award to continue services performed under the current task order, HQ003423F0755 to NexTech Lintech LLC, 18481 W 10 Mile Rd, Ste 202, Southfield MI, 48075. The current contract period of performance (PoP) expires September 29, 2024. The Government is considering a 6-month contract extension. We anticipate an option modification to NewTech Lintech LLC to provide required services to support the DoD Office of Inspector General (OIG) mission to comply services for Data Center and Cloud Engineering Support (DCCES), covering a broad range of specialized engineering task and projects that are prioritized by the Government and executed based on immediate and future impact need and impact on operations. Failure to issue an extension would result in compromising highly skilled engineering services to develop requirements, identify requirements, implement solutions. The Government intends to procure these services through an extension with an option modification to extend the PoP. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely to determine whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source Award. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, Small Business Size Standard of $34,000,000.00 annual sales.
