-Outer dimesnion: 30x30 mm tolerance 0.5mm

-Plate thickness: 1.20 mm tolerance 0.02mm

- Channel side dimensions: 20 x 20 microns

-Channel pitch (distance between center-center of channels): 25 microns

-Open area of Device 60%

-channel bias: 0 degrees, tolerance 1 degree

-Channel inside coating: Iridium

-Coating thickness: 25 nm, tolerance 5nm
