Pecos National Historical Park, a unit of the National Park Service located in San Miguel County, NM, is seeking to award a service contract for HVAC & Boiler Service in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This will be a firm-fixed price contract with a base year and up to four additional option years expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in September 2024. Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination for San Miguel County, NM will apply.

The period of performance (for the base year) will be 365 days from a date specified at time of award and work will be performed at the following address:
