We can make the performance period 10/1/2024 to 11/1/2025 so that they will have time next year to perform work in suitable weather. All work could be performed this Fall if weather is favorable. Some work can begin today, such as putting up signs, since it would not displace any pre-registered guests that would be bumped if major construction were to start outside of this window. All campgrounds typically close a few weeks after Labor Day but if weather is great, they can opt to stay open a little longer.
