This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, OR, has a requirement for 17,600 sq ft. of jute matting for wetlands restoration to be delivered to the Basket Slough NWR in Dallas, OR The anticipated required delivery date is 10/1/2024 or soonest possible.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. The NAICS code is 332510 and the small business size standard is 750.

Instructions

All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The vendor that submits the lowest priced quote meeting the technical acceptability requirement will be awarded the contract. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.

Technical Acceptability: 1. Jute matting in accordance with the specifications listed in this solicitation.
