Whiteman AFB intends to award as a sole source solicitation, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), a contract for Threat Information File (TIF) Data Analysis Services for the 72nd Test Squadron.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 and the small business size is $47 million dollars. The assigned Service Code is R425.

This requirement is for TIF data analysis services. The Contractor shall support operational mission requirements by analyzing the most current Threat Information File (TIF) data with personnel working at Whiteman Air Force Base. Provide the B-2 enterprise with accurate and pertinent TIF data analysis to inform mission planning decisions in support of operational and test requirements. On-site data analysis of the most current TIF information is to be used in support of mission planning efforts and tactics development by the B-2 enterprise and supplement existing practices and methods.

Award will be made on or after 20 September 2024.
