Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 09 September 2024. The solicitation will be issued as a small business set aside. The delivery date will be 30 days after date of contract. The PSC Code is 6350. The NAICS Code is 334290, with a size standard of 800 employees. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide materials procured and distributed to the listed location in order to establish automated key control within its AOR. The vendor will provide MAC addresses, and the site they will be sent to, for LNL-X2220 boards to the command POC upon procurement of the boards. Tracking numbers will be provided to the command POC upon shipment. The solicitation will be available on or about 09 September for download on the System for Award Management (SAM) Website at: https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the Description of Requirement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with SAM to download the synopsis, solicitation, and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced website frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. SAM registration is mandatory. The SAM is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of the Central Contractor Registration, On-Line Representations and Certifications, and the Excluded Parties Lists System. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable.
