The requirement is for Special Mode Wheelchair Transportation Services in support of the North Texas VA Medical Center Catchment Area of Operations. See DRAFT PWS, paragraph 1, for additional details for the catchment area. 3. The intent of this notice is to establish sources to define the procurement strategy (e.g., set-aside, sole source, unrestricted) for a solicitation that VA intends to post soon.
