THIS IS A PRE-SOLICIATION NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9 Central Region, 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 200, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129 will be soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 09/17/2024 for construction services for the following project: Project# 626-22-705QA EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Albion Steet Clinic at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Albion Street VA Clinic, 1818 Albion St Suite 114, Nashville, TN 37208. SET-ASIDE: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $45 Million PROJECT OVERVIEW: The project will require the selected contractor to provide all resources necessary to accomplish and furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations as required per drawings and specifications at the located at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Albion Street VA Clinic, 1818 Albion St Suite 114, Nashville, TN 37208 for the above-mentioned Project # 626-22-705QA EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Albion Steet Clinic . Work includes, but not limited to fire and safety, sprinkler, demolition, structural, architectural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical power & systems as shown and described in the project drawings and specifications. Anticipated completion time from Notice-to-Proceed is 180 calendar days for the entire project. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Apparent successful offerors must have a current VETS 4212 report on file with the Department of Labor; be registered in SAM; and be registered in the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) site at the time of submission of proposal. Failure to be both verified by the SBA and visible on VetCert https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ at the time of proposal submission will result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the SBA and submit the required documents to obtain verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so.
