RFQ No. PR12844450 MPV, 9-seater, Year 2024, 4x2 RHD, 3470 cc Gasoline, 6 cylinders, A/T - for FCS US Embassy, Jakarta

The Embassy invites you to participate in the RFQ for the supply and delivery of 1 (one) Passenger Vehicle MPV, 4x2, 9-seater, Year 2024, RHD, 3470 cc Gasoline Engine, 6 cylinders, 3.5 MPI 8 Speed Automatic Transmission, STARIA Premium Smartstream or Equivalent - for FCS, U.S. Embassy Jakarta, as detailed in attached documents.

As required by U.S. Government’s federal acquisition regulation (FAR), for Procurement of $30,000 or above, prospective offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database on SAM.gov prior to award of a contract. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submission of quotations/proposals.

In addition to,SAM.gov registration, a submission of NDAA Compliance Certification is also needed. Using the attached template. If this NDAA confirmation is submitted in SAM, no need to complete the template.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
