The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West (MRCO-W) intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to Sustainment Technologies, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), under authority of FAR § 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain Commercial Items. This is for the non-personal service to provide a follow-on full-service maintenance for the Government owned STERIS sterilizers and disinfectant washers to support William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, Texas 79918. Award will be on or about 11 September 2024. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811210, “Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance”. The Small Business Size Standard is $34M. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for the non-personal service of maintenance for the Government owned STERIS sterilizers and disinfectant washers. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.

MRCO-W intends to make a sole source award to Sustainment Technologies, LLC, 1733 Briarcrest, Suite 101, Bryan, TX 77802.
