The International Boundary and Water Commission is seeking a price quote for Janitorial Services at the USIBWC Amistad Dam Field Office, located at 670 Texas Spur 349, Del Rio, TX 78840. All quotes should be based on the attached SOW and Janitorial Services Check List.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 561720 – Janitorial Services. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is $22 million. This requirement will be competed as a commercial item on the open market with 100% Small Business set-aside.c

The government will award to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. Vendors must provide a 2-3-page document outlining their experience and capabilities in performing Janitorial Services.

Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this requirement. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (April 1984).

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred because of this request for proposal.

Period of Performance: This requirement is being procured as a base period with four (4) executable option periods. Optional periods will be exercised at the discretion of the Government.

Payment information: The Contractor will be paid in accordance with FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer – System for Award Management (July 2013). Invoices will be submitted by email to invoices@ibwc.gov and CO will be cc’d.

A site visit of where the work will be performed is highly recommended on September 4, 2024, at 8:30 am through 3:30 pm. Site visits may be arranged with Demetrius Gaines at 830-774-5519.

Hours of operation are 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (Central Standard Time), Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

Quote shall be good for 90 days.

Services shall be provided as outlined in the attached Scope of Work and checklist.
