This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the National Park Service to provide compliance and planning services that include preliminary (pre-NEPA) project planning and early outreach and using best available information to complete NEPA impact analysis and documentation for Mount Rainier National Park, headquartered in Ashford, WA (Pierce County).

This Amendment no. 2 is necessary to incorporate recent Questions & Answers which caused a revision to the Price Schedule as well. The Q&A is provided in new Attachment no. 5.

REVISED PRICE SCHEDULE: Quoters shall hereby replace the original Price Schedule included in Attachment 4, Quote Submission Package, with the revised version that is new Attachment no. 6. A new line item was added at bottom of the price schedule for the wetland delineation to add a price per acre.

REMINDER - Submit questions in writing by email to: Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov. When submitting a question, please include the solicitation number 140P8324Q0085 in the subject line of the email. Final questions are due by 12pm PDT on 9/6/24. Questions asked after that date may or may not be incorporated into the solicitation in time prior to solicitation response date of 9/13/24. The solicitation response date will not be extended.

REMINDER - Full instructions on what to include in quote are in Section 06 in Attachment no. 1. Quote shall be submitted by email to Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov. Reference solicitation number 140P8324Q0085 in the subject line of the email. It is the Quoters responsibility to ensure that the entire quote package submitted is fully received.

Interested parties are urged to check for additional amendments prior to the posted response date.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
