U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol, Blaine Sector, requires snow and ice removal services for the following facilities:
1. Blaine Sector Headquarters in Blaine, WA
2. Blaine Border Patrol Station in Blaine, WA
3. Sumas Border Patrol Station in Sumas, WA
4. Bellingham Border Patrol Station in Bellingham, WA
The period of performance will include a base year and one option year. The period of performance for each contract period will be as follows:
Base Year: 09/30/24-09/29/25
Option Year 1: 09/30/25-09/29/26
A Request for Quotations (RFQ) is expected to be issued on or about August 28, 2024, with an estimated closing date of September 6, 2024. The RFQ will be issued as a total small
business set-aside under NAICS code 561790 - Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings. The corresponding size standard is $9 million.
The RFQ will be made available through SAM. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
It is anticipated that award will be made on or about September 20, 2024.
Sustainable acquisition requirements apply, including the use of sustainable de-icers and salts.
In order to be considered for award, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to the solicitation closing date. Interested vendors not already registered in SAM are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible.
