W912DQ24R7002The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District has issued the Solicitation for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside that will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build Roofing Construction projects within the geographic boundaries of the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant (LCAAP). The purpose of this solicitation is to evaluate and award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool with a target of three (3) contracts to qualified offerors whose proposal represents the ?Best Value? to the Government. This two-phase solicitation is for a MATOC for Design-Build and Design-Bid- Build Roofing Construction projects within the geographic boundaries of LCAAP.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238160, (Roofing Contractors), with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00 million in average annual receipts.These Small Business Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) will share a contract capacity of $49 million. This action is necessitated to increase the procurement toolbox of MATOC pools by awarding a SB Roofing MATOC and for the increased projected workload requirements for FY25 ? FY29.The general scope of the requirements is to furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for replacement and repair of asphalt shingle, built-up asphalt, styrene-butadiene-styrene modified bituminous (mod bit), ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer (EPDM), polyvinyl-chloride (PVC), thermoplastic-polyolefin (TPO), and other roofing types.A design-bid-build seed project will be used in order to establish the MATOC pool. The seed project will be established for phase 2 of this solicitation. The seed project task order will be representative of the scope of work, both in task order size and the full spectrum of the scope for future task orders.The solicitation is available on ProjNet located in the plan room.
