Submissions past this date will be deemed unresponsive.

Please submit quote for individual line item(s). This solicitation is for all or none.

All quotes shall be FOB destination (Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska) with a lead time of 90 Day After Receipt of Order (ARO). Include any discounts that may apply.

WARRANTY INFORMATION IS REQUIRED IN RESPONSE TO THE RFQ.

Please be advised this is a Brand Name Requirement for Federal Signal Corporation Giant Voice Parts and Associated Equipment. No or equal item will be accepted.

Please see all pertinent documentation related to this Request for Quote (RFQ) below.

Pricing Schedule (Attachment 2 – Pricing Schedule) will provide item descriptions and quantities and shall be used when submitting quote. A formal quote by the vendor shall be included as a part of their submission.

Any other documentation the vendor deems necessary can be submitted with the required attachments.

All finalized quotes shall be submitted no later than Tuesday, August 27, 2024, by 4:00PM EDT.
