Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Movement and Maintenance of Government Furniture and Appliances at U.S. Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi, Japan as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) in compliance with the terms and conditions of this contract and applicable Japanese laws and trade practices.

Offer Due Date/Time: 24 SEP 2024, 02:00 PM, Japan Standard Time (JST)

Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registrated to perform work in the country of Japan.

Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offerors responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement.

Note 3: A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at Bldg 949 in NAF Atsugi on 04 Sep 2024, 09:00 AM, (JST) for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. Submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed 2 persons) to Mr. Kenji Urasaki at kenji.urasaki.jp@us.af.mil prior to 29 Aug 2024, 16:00 PM (JST). This information must be provided in advance to ensure access to the military base/conference site.
