The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Set aside 100% for Small Business on under Principle NAICS is 72110.

Lodging must be in a safe and secure area, and clean.

06 September 2024 – 08 September 2024, 2 nights, require 167 double occupancy rooms

07 September 2024 – 08 September 2024, 1 night, require 31 double occupancy rooms

Quotes must include

-price per room and total

- Indicate if parking is available for free or a charge.

- Include the amount of time required to cancel/decrease rooms.

- The Address of the hotel.

- A screenshot of the google rating

- The government requires all lodging in one hotel (or hotels within 2 miles of each other)

The NYARNG intends to award to a small business who offers the lowest price for lodging that meets all criteria of the RFQ. The awardee will submit all Invoices in WAWF.

All hotels must have a google rating of 3.5 and above and the government reserves the right to inspect before award and at any time of the contract duration.

In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror’s System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.

This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
