The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Tulsa District is contemplating for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) or a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for vault pumping services at Hugo and Pine Creek Lakes, OK, and Pat Mayse Lake, TX. The type of set-aside decision to be issued will depend upon the capabilities of the responses to this synopsis.

The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of performing vault pumping services for toilet facilities’ vault, septic tanks, holding tanks, and lift stations (hereafter referred to as ‘vaults and tanks’) at Hugo, Pine Creek, and Pat Mayse Lakes.

The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 562111 which has a small business size standard of $41.5M.
