NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for APC-FY24-000299 FY25-28 IOD NYNJ EZ Pass.
The period of performance for this effort will be a base + three (3) year contract. The total estimated value is approximately $129,441.24.
This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(a)for the aforementioned requirement. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement.
The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
