APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Department of Homeland Security-Office of Inspector General (DHS-OIG) has a requirement for (5) Parking Spaces located at, or within a 2-block radius of 10 Causeway Way, Ste 465, Boston, MA 02222.
The following specifications must be met:
- Must have 24 hour, seven days a week access
- Secured facility with in and out privileges and self-parking
- Contractors/Attendants will not leave the vehicles unsecured and will not have or require access to vehicle keys
- Lot must be an enclosed (covered) facility
- Parking spaces must be located at, or within a 2-block radius of 10 Causeway Way, Ste 465, Boston, MA 02222.
The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract for a base period of one year (September 1, 2024- August 31, 2025) and (4) Option Years.
Base Year: September 1, 2024-August 31, 2025
Option Year 1: September 1, 2025-August 31, 2026
Option Year 2: September 1, 2026-August 31, 2027
Option Year 3: September 1, 2027-August 31, 2028
Option Year 4: September 1, 2028-August 31, 2029
The Government intends to award a competitive firm fixed price contract. The Offeror shall submit a quote for a period of one year. The quote should include the cost per space per month. The Government anticipates awarding to the offeror that provides the lowest price technically acceptable offer.
The Offeror shall complete provision "FAR 52.209-2 Prohibition on Contracting with Inverted Domestic Corporations-Representation" and submit a completed version and return with quote.
INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS
All written material submitted shall be in 10 point Times New Roman Font, single spaced, and shall have 1" margins left and right.
The quote submitted shall include the following:
I. Pricing: Provide a firm fixed price for one year and each option period to include monthly cost and per parking space cost.
II. System for Award Management (SAM) registration info (i.e. UEID#)
III. Vendor address and TIN number
Quote shall be submitted in electronic format and emailed to Tamika Richardson at Tamika.Richardson@oig.dhs.gov by no later than 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), August 22, 2024.
Questions shall be directed to Tamika Richardson via email at Tamika.Richardson@oig.dhs.gov by no later than August 20, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. EST.
EVALUATION:
Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. In order to be technically acceptable, the offeror shall provide a quote of pricing and meet the items identified
above.
