In accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. 75F40124Q00466, the Government anticipates awarding one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type Purchase Order. The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) consists of a 12-month base and four (4), 12-month options, anticipated to commence on September 30, 2024. The actual PoP will be determined at time of award. The objective of this Purchase Order is to procure Nationwide Ergonomic Consultative Services in support of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration(FDA), Office of Facilities Engineering and Mission Support (OFEMS), Employee Safety and Occupational Health (ESOH) team.
