SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ENGRAVING MACHINE

The US Naval Medical Research Unit South (NAMRU-S) in Lima, Peru has a requirement for an engraving machine in order to optimize the management and control the signaling of the facilities in our command. The Government intends on awarding a Firm Fixes Price contract. The proposed source is CREATIVE GIFTS SAC. Located at Calle Armando Blondet 280 piso 5 San Isidro representative of the GRAVOGRAPH Brand.

1. - DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK.

Purchase and contract of the following equipment at NAMRU SOUTH Lima:

1. ENGRAVING MACHINE LS 900 EDGE 40W CO2 + 30W FIBRA.

1. - SAFETY REQUIREMENT
   

• The vendor will provide an equipment with a valid UL or CE certification.
• The equipment will be delivered to site and will be installed by the vendor technical staff.
• The personnel of the contractor must use the appropriate and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment for the handling and installation of the equipment, (harness, gloves, glasses, etc.).
• Respect the internal regulations of the company and maintain a respectful appearance and be respectful in your dealings with everyone.
• Contractor must have SCTR (work insurance) updated.

3. - SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• The payment is made 30 working days after the completion of the work.
• Directing proposal on behalf of: United States Embassy America.
• NAMRU SOUTH Attention Purchasing Department.
• The work will be coordinated to be done from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 and if necessary prior coordination on Saturday.
• The contractor must send with at least 48 hours of anticipation their personnel and vehicles list to coordinate authorization to both Hospital Naval and Namru-South facilities.
