The purpose of this modification is to update Attachment 1 - Price Book to correct errors within the spreadsheet. Only the version dated 08.08.24 should be utilized for quote submissions. No other terms and conditions are modified by this amendment.

The Regional Contracting Office - Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Crane Systems at U.S Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany.
The contract will consist of one, seven-month base period and two (2) option years. Proposed performance start date is on or about September 19, 2024.
The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s) to conduct maintenance, UVV inspections, and repair of the equipment listed on the attached inventory list (Attachment 2). The service includes all required preventive maintenance, on-demand repair services, repair parts, materials and labeling for Cranes and Mobile Lifts located or installed within USAG Wiesbaden. These duties also include work on connected systems and switches.
The regular preventive maintenance will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and the On-Demand maintenance will be Time and Materials.

A site visit is planned for 15 August 2024. Please review the RFQ for instructions on how to participate.

Payments will be processed through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite as described in detail in the Addendum to 52.212-4.
