The vendor must be registered and remain active in SAM.gov to be awarded and that the items being offered must be in compliance with the Buy American Act. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks a contractor to provide the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System with two (2) Rampart IC L148 X-ray Shield or Equivalent. This procurement is to procure the materials/hardware purchases only. The offeror must demonstrate meeting the salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics specified in this solicitation; otherwise, it will be considered non-responsive.
