The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition RENTAL OF FORKLIFTS FOR EBBING FIELD in Fort Smith, AR.

The Contractor shall provide rental, delivery, maintenance, and repair for (qty 2) 15K Forklifts, (qty 1) 10K Forklift, and (qty 1) 6K Forklifts for a 30 day rental (rental dates 26 AUGUST 2024 - 24 SEPTEMBER 2024) located at the following address: 4850 LEIGH AVE BLDG 108 FORT SMITH AR 72903-6018. Forklifts MUST be on site starting 25 AUGUST 2024.

As this is currently unfunded, we are requesting that submitted quotes be valid for as long as possible.

Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number.
