SET ASIDE: This solicitation is being issued as a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238220, Product/Service Code J041, with a size standard of $19.0M.

AWARD TYPE: Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Contract

FUNDING: Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after RFQ closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the government.

In accordance with FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000.
