Dear Prospective Bidders:

The Embassy of the United States of America in Ankara, Türkiye invites you to submit a proposal for one (1) brand-new, Left-Hand Drive (LHD), Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD), Manual-Transmission, Double Cab 5+1-Seater, Cargo Van. The required vehicle should be equipped with a diesel, turbocharged engine, not exceeding 2.0 liters.

"Please submit your quotation via email to Ankara-GSO-Procurement-DL@state.gov no later than 1500 hours (GMT+3) on Tuesday, July 30th, 2024. Quotations received after this deadline will not be considered.
To ensure your quotation is eligible for consideration, you must include the following:

1. SF-18 form, including the VII Pricing section.
2. Signed copy of any solicitation amendment(s), if applicable.
3. For proposals exceeding $30,000.00, evidence of registration with the System for Award Management, including your Unique Entity Identification Number (UEI) and NCAGE numbers.
4. Datasheets and catalogues detailing the specifications of the proposed vehicle.
5. Certification confirming that you are an authorized reseller of the vehicle proposed to the Department of State, including proof of the required certification or specialization level from the manufacturer to fully support sales, pricing, and, as necessary, servicing.
6. Certification of the manufacturer’s warranty in Türkiye for a minimum period of three (3) year unlimited milage or better.
7. A completed, signed, and company sealed NDAA 889 Compliance document as per Exhibit A.
