The due date and time for quotes is not being extended.
As a result of an Agency Level Pre-Award Protest received by the Government, CBP is providing an addendum to the original approved and published Justification and Approval For Other
Than Full and Open Competition Brand Name Only Safariland MRDS Compatible Holsters.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to establish a single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm, fixed pricing for brand name Safariland Miniature Red Dot Sight (MRDS) compatible duty handgun holsters and accessories to support the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Law Enforcement Safety & Compliance (LESC) Directorate. See 70B06C24Q00000175 Attachment 2- Statement of Work.pdf included herein for a description of supplies to be provided under this solicitation.
This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and Part 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures as
authorized by FAR 13.5 for acquisitions exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) of $250,000.00 yet less than $7,500,000.00. This solicitation is expected to result in a
single award to include all required supplies.
The estimated period of performance for the resultant contract is estimated to be September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2027. The contract will include a single, three-year ordering
period.
