The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC (PV) SYSTEMS U.S. Embassy Kolonia, Pohnpei State, Federated States of Micronesia

The solicitation may result in award of a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract in the fourth quarter of year 2024.

The scope of work requires the successful contractor to provide personnel, equipment, and all necessary resources for provision of Preventive Maintenance Services for Photovoltaic Systems for the Base Year and Four Option Years.

The solicitation document will be posted on SAM.gov as soon as it becomes available.

NOTE: Unique Identifier Number and System for Award Management (SAM) registration are mandatory requirement for all companies to be considered for contract award. Offerors may obtain a Unique Identifier Number and information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at:

Companies shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform work in the Federated States of Micronesia.

The solicitation package will only be available in the English language.

Solicitation and award will be subject to laws and regulations of the United States of America. This requirement is being fulfilled utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
