The Contractor shall provide the installation of a Magnetic Door Locking system using LENEL OnGuard software on Building 210 and Building 253 in support of the areas specified in Program Background (above). The contractor shall install nine (9) secure electronic locks on Building 210 with an active PIN pad that has a separate and distinct access control system operating independently that will allow the facility managers to control and monitor access of personnel, locking, unlocking of all access points that are either timed to be open / unlocked or continuously locked to be opened via a keypad code entry to those with authorized access. The contractor shall install five (5) secure electronic locks on Building 253 with an active PIN pad that has a separate and distinct access control system operating independently that will allow the facility managers to control and monitor access of personnel, locking, unlocking of all access points that are either timed to be open / unlocked or continuously locked to be opened via a keypad code entry to those with authorized access. Building 253 also requires one (1) storeroom lock that does not require PIN pad or CAC reader. Further detail is provided in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this announcement (Attachment 1).
