The Montana Army National Guard has a requirement for lodging, conference space and catered meals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

W9124V-24-R-0006 is a solicitation issued as a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.

This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns under NAICS Code 721110.

Pricing for quotes shall be submitted on the attached form, detailing pricing for each of the five Contract Line Items (CLINs). Your submission shall contain your name, contact information, UEI, CAGE Code, and Small Business type.

CLIN 0001: Lodging Rooms – Family Members

CLIN 0002: Lodging Rooms – Single Soldiers

CLIN 0003: Conference Rooms

CLIN 0004: Meals – Family Members

CLIN 0005: Meals – Soldiers

Details concerning approximate room counts, meal head count totals and conference room requirements are incorporated in the attached Performance Work Statement.

Proposals and pricing details shall be submitted via email to michael.davies5.civ@army.mil. Quotes or proposals shall address all the requirements detailed in the PWS. It is the offerors responsibility to ensure your proposal has been received. Information relating to hotel room configurations, conference space requirements, and catered meals are contained in the attached PWS. Pricing should be entered on the attached pricing matrix. Offeror contact information, UEI/CAGE Code and the name of the business should be included on the pricing matrix. Any additional information a potential offeror submits, such as venue information or amenities, will be used in the evaluation.

All questions concerning this requirement will be answered on a consolidated question and answer sheet. The deadline for questions and RFIs shall be 25 July 2024 at 1200 MDT. A copy of the consolidated question and answer sheet will be attached to this solicitation when completed.

Proposals shall be evaluated on price, technical acceptability, and past performance.

The period of performance for this action will be from 23 August 2024 through 25 August 2024.

The deadline for proposal receipt is 2 August 2024 at 1000 MDT.
