NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR PRIMARY SERVICE CALIBRATION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FOR THE ACCELEROMETER CALIBRATION SYSTEM

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i): Soliciting from a single source including licensing agreements. The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6472 Integrity Court; has a requirement to procure the following product and service:
Primary service calibration for the reference standards, calibration of all installed equipment, any available software upgrades, and any additional required training of the Accelerometer Calibration System in support of Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.The intended period of performance for the above-mentioned service is for one year subject to date of award.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to The Modal Shop (CAGE Code: 0X6U3). The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334419 and the Business Size Standard is 750 employees.
All responses received within three (3) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed requirement will be based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Interested parties may identify their interest in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), 21 July 2024 with the following:
