THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Proposals shall only be requested and accepted from contractors who are a Small Business AND certified in System for Award Management (SAM, https://sam.gov).
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), United States Forest Service (USFS), has a requirement for but not limited to the following:

127EAW24R0066 - Sequoia NF Vault Toilets
This project consists of prefabrication, on-site delivery, off-loading, placement, assembly, and complete installation of eleven (11) new precast concrete vault toilets. Site work and earthwork is included for the installation of new toilets.

Project Location: State of California, Sequioa National Forest

Solicitation Number 127EAW24R0066 for this effort will be posted to SAM.gov (https://sam.gov) on or about August 1st, 2024. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary submit a proposal for this project.
There is currently no official group site visit scheduled. The solicitation will include site visit information if one is deemed necessary.

Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects:Between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00
