Additional Requirements: -Must be within 3-4 Blocks of the Courthouse
-The Space will be occupied by a customer
facing agency
-Space must not be in Courthouse
-Cannot be Co-located on the same floor with
U.S. Attorney, USMS, US Probation, Pretrial
Services, Bureau of Prisons, or any other law
enforcement agency as described in 18 U.S.C.
1114
-Appearance must be representative of a
dignified and professional Law office.
-Office space must be contiguous
-Public parking must be located within 6 blocks
-Daytime Cleaning Required
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,
seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced
lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance
floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
